There have been many advances in gas permeable contact lens materials in recent years.  Among
your best options today are our  UltraTech-25 being a great "workhorse" material for routine use
and our UltraTech-H2O material that has the latest surface hydration technology with enhanced lens
permeability.  See UltraTech H2O.   We are also approved manufacturers for all GP lens materials.

There is common confusion regarding material permeability versus wettability.  Lens permeability
(Dk) and lens wettability/durability can be inversely related.  On many materials as permeability goes
up, wettability and durability often decrease.  To enhance wettability and  lens comfort, Ideal Optics
recommends PlasmaEYEZ treatment on high Dk materials and new gas perm lens fits.
